Online auction system, Enterprise Edition

This is our top level products and is aimed at the enterprise seeking to strategically base their auction presence online. The system is placed on a load balanced highly optimised server capable of handling many thousands of bids over short periods time.

Auctions by their very nature have short periods of focused activity as items for sale reach their end time. This means many users will be vying for the latest biding information on a range of lots. These will be served at up to 1 second updates.

The user interface (in other words the web page the user bids on) is fully integrated and customized to be a part of your own website. It will have the same look and feel as you own site and will be grafted in to your own site. Whilst we take care of the running of the auction site, your users will be unaware they have left you website. The auction software can be integrated with current product pages augmenting the offering to you customers.

The Enterprise Edition auction system offers the following notable features:
  • Fully integration and customisable interface
  • Online payment integration – users can pay for the items online. It also provides the ability for the auctioneer to take
  • Payment reconciliation – users will be able to see what payments have been made and received by the auctioneer.
  • Live absentee bid table – watch the bids being added to the system in real time.
  • API – a means with which external applications can access information held within the auction system
  • Content Managed website – if you feel you need to re-visit your own company website then we can provide the platform for this.


Contract outline


The contract will have three constituent parts. We look to agree a contract of up to three years with you.

Set up Fee


This will cover the process of capturing your exact requirements and integrating them with your business aims and objectives. This will effectively cover the customisation of our stock system to match your business requirement.

Maintenance Contract


This element form the basis of our ongoing relationship after we get you up and running. By agreeing a maintenance contract we remove the awkwardness that often surrounds the relationship between client and developer. From the outset we both know what the expectation of each other over the length of the contract. In this edition we look to agree an amount equivalent to 5 days support and developer time per month. We are happy to take a flexibly approach to how these days are used. You may want to bunch some of the days together to tackle a specific problem, or you may want to keep ongoing development to a defined monthly amount.

Dedicated Server


We offer a fully supported RAID configured server set up. This come with a Service Level Agreement and is fully supported and monitored in real time by our support team. The server is also kept fully up to date with the latest security patches.
